Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. While you have possession of any items, you are fully responsible for its value and care. All jewelry must be in original condition to qualify for return. Some exclusions apply, please see below.

How to Return

In order to return your piece, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization. You may do so by visiting “My Account”, finding your order, and clicking Return Item, or by filling out a return form . Once we approve your RMA, you will receive an email with the RMA number. You must print out this email and include it with your shipment. If you do not have access to a printer, please neatly handwrite the RMA number on a piece of paper and include it with your package.


Please Note: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs on any returns. Insured return shipping is highly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you have received a defective item or incorrect order.

Exclusions

  • Any item that is not in original purchase condition, including all product documentation, cannot be returned.
  • Any item that is damaged cannot be returned.
  • Any variance to the exterior and/or interior of the item will void the return.
  • Gemstones or diamonds will not be accepted for a refund if they have been set, scratched, polished, chipped, fractured, weigh differently or have been altered in any way.
  • Rings cannot be returned if they are altered by another jeweler.
  • Once an alternative gemstone or diamond is set by another jeweler, it may not be returned.
  • Once a ring is re-sized, it cannot be returned.
